We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.

RawLeads uses minimal cookies — only what is strictly necessary for the platform to function (authentication tokens, session state). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
All data transmitted to and from RawLeads is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in recoverable form. We regularly review our security practices to keep your data safe.
RawLeads uses Stripe to handle all payments. Stripe is used by millions of businesses worldwide and is one of the most trusted payment platforms available.
We never see your card details. When you enter your credit or debit card number, it goes directly to Stripe's secure servers — not ours. RawLeads only receives a confirmation that your payment was successful. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of payment security certification available.
RawLeads offers a free plan with no credit card required. Simply create an account and start scraping immediately — up to 50 leads per source, forever. No payment details are needed to get started.
After your free trial, your selected plan will renew automatically on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the remainder of a billing period already paid.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using RawLeads, contact us at support@rawleads.org within 7 days and we will review your case. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

The RawLeads platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our property. The leads and data you generate using the platform belong to you. We do not claim ownership over data you export.
RawLeads is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the completeness or accuracy of scraped data, as this depends on publicly available sources. We are not liable for how you use the data you collect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of RawLeads after changes are published constitutes your acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
